Lagers and wheat beers brewed from barley, wheat and corn grown on our own fifth-generation farm. Drink them in the taproom or the beergarden, next to the fields they came from.

This German style wheat beer is brewed with Riggs-Grown Wheat. It has a rich banana aroma, but finishes clean, slightly tart, and refreshing. Brewed by a German-certified brewmaster trained in Bavaria.
Dark German malts are used to create a red color and subtle fruitiness that is unlike any other beer on the market. American aroma hops enhance the fruitiness and add a refined bitterness.
Being big fans of lager fermentations, we used a German Lager yeast in an American IPA recipe. The lager yeast steps aside and lets the aroma hops stand out. Our IPL allows you to experience Citra and Centennial hops to their fullest.
We release a seasonal beer every month of the year. Release day is the first Thursday, 3 pm.

We work with a variety of local food trucks that setup in our parking lot during our peak hours. See this week’s schedule.
